Accreditation Fee Structure

$3,190 application base fee (includes 1-2 testing areas/modules)
Testing Area(s)/Module(s): Body CT, Breast Cone Beam CT, Cardiac CT (includes Coronary Calcium Scoring CT, Coronary CTA), Low Dose CT (LDCT) Lung Cancer Screening, Neurological CT, Maxillofacial CT, Vascular CTA

$200 … per additional testing/module area over two

Note: Application fees apply to three-year accreditation cycle and are applied at checkout during the application submission process.  Applicant facilities will have the option to choose a payment method (check, credit card or ACH payment). 

Multiple Site or Unit Fee Structure

  • $1,460 … per site for sites 2-3
  • $1,195 … per site for sites 4-10 (20% discount)
  • $1,015 … per site for each site over 10

Additional Fees (if applicable)

  • Accredited Facilities Adding/Replacing Unit(s): $800
  • Expedited Application … additional $3,000 (terms and conditions as listed on page 5 of the IAC Policies & Procedures apply)
  • Delayed Decision … $500 per submission after first delay submission (terms and conditions as listed on page 12 of the IAC Policies & Procedures apply)
