Andrei V. Alexandrov, MD serves on the IAC CT / Dental CT Board of Directors as a representative of the American Academy of Neurology (AAN).

Joshua P. Klein, MD, PhD, FANA, FASN, FAAN serves on the IAC CT / Dental CT Board of Directors as a representative of the American Academy of Neurology (AAN). He is a neurologist who specializes in hospital neurology and diagnostic neuroimaging. Dr. Klein is from New York and graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and then from Yale University School of Medicine. He is a graduate of the Harvard / Brigham and Women’s Hospital (BWH) / Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) Neurology Residency Program where he served as chief resident in his final year. He then completed a fellowship in diagnostic neuroimaging at BWH and is board certified in both Neurology and Neuroimaging. He is the founding Chief of the Division of Hospital Neurology in the Department of Neurology at BWH and Associate Professor of Neurology and Radiology at Harvard Medical School. He is a member of the Boards of Directors of the American Society of Neuroimaging and the Neurohospitalist Society, and Editor-in-Chief of The Neurohospitalist journal. He is a frequent lecturer at national and international conferences and has published across many areas of clinical neurology. He co-authored/co-edited the three most recent editions of "Adams and Victor’s Principles of Neurology", the world’s leading textbook of neurology, as well as the "Oxford Textbook of Neurohematology" and the 10th edition of "Samuels’s Manual of Neurologic Therapeutics". He was selected as BWH/MGH Neurology Faculty Teacher of the Year in 2012 and as a Distinguished Clinician at BWH in 2017. He is a fellow of the American Neurological Association (FANA), the American Society of Neuroimaging (FASN), and the American Academy of Neurology (FAAN).

Sanjay M. Mallya, BDS, MDS, PhD serves on the IAC CT / Dental CT Board of Directors as a representative of the American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology (AAOMR). Following his dental education from the University of Mumbai, Dr. Mallya did his residency training in oral and maxillofacial radiology and a PhD in biomedical sciences at the University of Connecticut. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology. Dr. Mallya is currently Associate Professor and Chair of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology at the UCLA School of Dentistry. He provides patient care in UCLA's Oral Radiology practice. Dr. Mallya has authored numerous scientific manuscripts and book chapters. He is the editor of White and Pharoah’s Oral Radiology, the premier textbook for oral radiology at dental institutions worldwide. Dr. Mallya is active in organized dentistry. He is past-president of AAOMR and serves as Commissioner of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology, Commission on Dental Accreditation (2019-2023).

William Bruce Howerton, Jr., DDS, MS serves on the on the IAC CT / Dental CT Board of Directors as a representative of the American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology (AAOMR). Dr. Howerton received a DDS degree from West Virginia University School of Dentistry in 1985. He completed a certificate of Endodontics from the University of North Carolina School of Dentistry in 1987 and practiced surgical and nonsurgical endodontics in Asheville, NC. In 1999, he entered the UNC Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology graduate program and completed a Master of Science in 2001. In addition to becoming an Oral and Maxillofacial Radiologist, he became proficient in web development and discovered novel forms of content delivery using authoring software. While serving on the faculty at The UNC School of Dentistry, he presented novel forms of content to faculty, staff and students, and aided in Web development. As of December 2003, Dr. Howerton became a Diplomate of the American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology. He has published numerous articles regarding CBCT in dentistry. Dr. Howerton has been a featured speaker for the Pankey Institute in Key Biscayne, FL and also for the KaVo Kerr 3D Imaging Congress over the last eight years. He also speaks throughout North Carolina as well as large venues throughout the United States. Dr. Howerton has been in private OMR practice in Raleigh, NC since 2004.

David Conley, MD serves on the IAC CT / Dental CT Board of Directors as a representative of the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery (AAO-HNS). Dr. Conley is currently the Clinical Practice Director of the full time Otolaryngology Faculty Practice at Northwestern. He is also the director of the Northwestern Academic Rhinology Fellowship and a founding member of the Northwestern Sinus and Allergy Center which facilitates collaborative cross departmental research on the immunologic and inflammatory basis of chronic sinusitis. After receiving his medical degree from the University of Chicago, Pritzker School of Medicine he completed his otolaryngology residency at Northwestern Memorial Hospital and an NIH sponsored fellowship at the Northwestern Lurie Comprehensive Cancer Center. Dr. Conley currently serves as a Consultant to board of the American Rhinologic Society, an AAO-HNS liaison to the American College of Radiology Appropriateness Criteria® Panel, a member of the AAO-HNS Annual Program Committee, and as past member of the AAO-HNS Imaging Committee. He is a past President of the Chicago Laryngological and Otologic Society and has been honored as one of America’s Top Doctors since 2005 by Castle Connolly.

Adam Kimple, MD, PhD, FACS, FARS serves on the IAC CT / Dental CT Board of Directors as a representative of the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery (AAO-HNS). Dr. Kimple is currently on faculty in the Department of Otolaryngology at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill and is the director of rhinology research. He completed the medical scientist training program as well as his residency and fellowship at UNC. His primary clinical interests are centered around individuals with genetic defects in mucociliary clearance (i.e., cystic fibrosis and primary ciliary dyskinesia). Dr. Kimple is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons (ACS) and the American Rhinologic Society (ARS). He has many publications in peer reviewed journals and was the recipient of the Harold C. Pillsbury Leadership Award from the University of North Carolina Hospital in 2017.

Frank Dong, PhD, DABR, FAAPM serves on the IAC CT / Dental CT Board of Directors as a representative of the American Association of Physicists in Medicine (AAPM). Dr. Dong is a staff diagnostic physicist and an associate professor of Radiology at the Cleveland Clinic. Dr. Dong received his Ph.D. degree in medical physics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Dr. Dong’s specialty is in the field of CT image quality, radiation dosimetry, and diagnostic ultrasound. He has authored and co-authored 40 peer-reviewed articles, three book chapters, 17 patents and 85 national and international meeting abstracts/presentations. His clinical research has focused on developing low dose CT techniques for various clinical applications. He is the co-investigator of an industrially funded research project involving evaluation of image quality and diagnostic efficacy of a photon counting CT (PCCT) and new image reconstruction techniques applied to low dose CT studies. He currently serves as the director for AAPM Diagnostic Review Courses and Diagnostic Imaging Education Program. Dr. Dong is a fellow of AAPM, and a member of American College of Radiology (ACR) and American Roentgen Ray Society (ARRS).

Eric Gingold, PhD, DABR, FAAPM serves on the IAC CT / Dental CT Board of Directors as a representative of the American Association of Physicists in Medicine (AAPM). Dr. Gingold received his PhD in Bioengineering at the University of California Berkeley and San Francisco. He completed a medical physics residency/fellowship at the University of Alabama Birmingham. Dr. Gingold began his medical physics professional career at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania before dedicating several years to product development and clinical science in the commercial medical imaging industry. He returned to academic medicine for his current role as Associate Professor and Director of Diagnostic Medical Physics at the Sidney Kimmel Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia. Dr. Gingold is a fellow of the AAPM, where has served on numerous task groups and committees including as chair of the Imaging Physics Committee and as Department Editor for Imaging Scientific Reports for the Medical Physics journal. He is also a fellow of the American College of Radiology (ACR), where he serves as co-chair of the Image Wisely Executive Committee.

Andrew Read-Fuller, DDS, MD, FACS, FACD serves on the IAC CT / Dental CT Board of Directors as a representative of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (AAOMS). Dr. Read-Fuller is Clinical Associate Professor and Residency Program Director of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Texas A&M College of Dentistry. He received his certificate in oral and maxillofacial surgery from UT Southwestern Medical Center in 2017, after receiving his MD degree in 2014 from the UT Southwestern Medical School and graduating Magna Cum Laude from the UCLA School of Dentistry in the concurrent DDS/MS program. Dr. Read-Fuller is certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and was awarded the Faculty Educator Development Award by AAOMS in 2018 for his dedication to postdoctoral education in OMS as well as the Dallas County Dental Society New Dentist of the Year Award in 2023. He has held numerous national and international leadership positions in oral and maxillofacial surgery including serving on the Boards of the Texas Society of OMS and OMS Foundation, chair of the AAOMS Committee on Continuing Education and Professional Development, the President-Elect of the Dallas County Dental Society, and the North American Representative to the NexGen Committee of the International Association of OMS. Dr. Read-Fuller is interested in the broad scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery, with particular interest in the treatment of facial trauma, temporomandibular joint disease, dental implantology, orthognathic surgery, pathological lesions of the face and jaws, and peripheral nerve repair.

Sudheer J. Surpure, MD, DDS serves on the IAC CT / Dental CT Board of Directors as a representative of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (AAOMS). Dr. Surpure serves on the IAC CT Board of Directors as a representative of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. A native of Oklahoma, he began his education there receiving a BA in Psychology from the University of Oklahoma. He then entered the University Of Oklahoma College of Dentistry receiving his DDS degree in 1999. While in dental school, he developed an interest in facial reconstructive surgery and decided to pursue further training in this area. He entered medical school at the Vanderbilt University Medical Center and received his MD in 2002. He also did his general surgery internship there in 2002-2003 followed by his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency training which concluded in 2005. Following completion of his residency, he went to work for and helped found the Division of Maxillofacial Surgery at Kaiser Permanente in Santa Clara, CA. He spent almost three years there during which time he also served as an affiliated clinical instructor in Plastic Surgery at Stanford Medical Center. Following his time at Kaiser Permanente, Dr. Surpure was selected to pursue a highly sought after fellowship in facial aesthetic (cosmetic) surgery at The Ohio State Medical Center and Grant Medical Center under the guidance of Dr. T. William Evans. After completing his fellowship, Dr. Surpure worked in private practice in San Francisco for several years before joining the academic teaching faculty at Banner-University Medical Center Phoenix. He served as the OMFS Division Chief and OMFS residency program director for six years before deciding to return to private practice. In June 2020, Dr. Surpure founded Grand Canyon Oral and Facial Surgery and practices primarily in the Flagstaff, AZ. He also remains as a member of the teaching faculty at the University of Arizona College of Medicine-Phoenix. He is a diplomat of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (ABOMS) as well as a fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS). Dr. Surpure has been active in a variety of research projects, the results of which have been published in several national maxillofacial surgery journals as well as being presented at various surgical society meetings.

Christine Seaworth, MD serves on the IAC CT / Dental CT Board of Directors as a representative of the American Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Society (AOFAS). Dr. Seaworth initially pursed a career in civil engineering after graduating from Tulane University but then returned to her roots and family tradition of medicine by obtaining her medical degree at University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. She furthered her education at Louisiana State University Health Science Center at New Orleans with a residency program in orthopaedic surgery. She then finished her training at Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City with a fellowship in foot and ankle surgery. Dr. Seaworth is currently in private practice in Knoxville, TN specializing in orthopaedic foot and ankle surgery at University Orthopaedic Surgeons while also holding the position of Clinical Assistant Professor at University of Tennessee Medical Center Knoxville.

Maros Ferencik, MD, PhD, MCR serves on the IAC CT Board of Directors as a representative of the American Society of Echocardiography (ASE). He is currently a Professor of Medicine and Radiology as well as the Section Head of Cardiovascular Imaging and Director of the Cardio-Oncology Program at the Knight Cardiovascular Institute at the Oregon Health and Science University in Portland, OR. In clinical practice, he sees cardiology patients and reads clinical echocardiography as well as cardiac CT, cardiac MRI, and nuclear cardiology studies. Dr. Ferencik received his MD and PhD degrees after graduating summa cum laude from Comenius University in Bratislava, Slovakia and his MCR degree from Oregon Health and Science University. He completed his residency in internal medicine, research and clinical fellowships in cardiology, advanced cardiac echocardiography and advanced cardiac CT and MR imaging at the Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard Medical School, in Boston. He specializes in cardiology with a focus on advanced cardiovascular imaging. In his research work, he has gained extensive experience in the areas of technical feasibility, accuracy studies and clinical efficacy of the coronary atherosclerosis imaging using cardiac CT. He participated in the evaluation and assessment of cardiac CT in large multicenter clinical trials and epidemiologic studies (ROMICAT I and II trial, PROMISE trial, Framingham Heart Study). Dr. Ferencik has published more than 200 peer-reviewed original research articles, editorials and review articles. He is also an associate editor for the Journal of Cardiovascular Computed Tomography. In addition to being a member of ASE he is a founding member of the Society of Cardiovascular Computed Tomography (SCCT) where he serves as the President.

Saurabh Malhotra, MD, MPH, FACC, FASNC serves on the IAC CT Board of Directors as a representative of the the American Society of Nuclear Cardiology (ASNC). Dr. Malhotra is the Director of Advanced Cardiac Imaging at Cook County Health and an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Rush Medical College in Chicago. He is a multimodality imaging cardiologist, and is proficient in in echocardiography, nuclear cardiology, cardiac CT and cardiac MRI. Dr. Malhotra’s clinical interest is in multimodality cardiac imaging, with an emphasis of appropriate use of imaging for promoting patient care, while reducing resource utilization. His research interest is in imaging nonischemic cardiomyopathies and the use of imaging to determine risk of cardiac arrhythmogenesis. He received his medical training from University of Delhi, India. Thereafter he obtained a Master's of Public Health from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and went on to complete a postdoctoral fellowship in Radiology and Radiological Sciences at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Dr. Malhotra completed his residency and fellowship training at the University of Pittsburgh and Indiana University, respectively. Following completion of his formal clinical training, he obtained additional training in advanced cardiovascular imaging at University of Pittsburgh. He is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Nuclear Cardiology, Echocardiography and Cardiac CT. Dr. Malhotra is a fellow of the ASNC and the American College of Cardiology. He serves as a guest editor for the Journal of Nuclear Cardiology, and has been a faculty of the ASNC and the Society of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging (SNMMI) scientific programs for many years. He is the President of the Eastern Great Lakes Chapter of the SNMMI and serves on the Board of Directors of ASNC. Previously, he served on the Board of Directors of the Cardiovascular Council of the SNMMI in the capacity of its treasurer.

Renee Patrice Bullock-Palmer, MD, FACC, FAHA, FASNC, FASE, FSCCT Dr. Renee Bullock-Palmer is the Director of Non-Invasive Cardiac Imaging and Director of the Women’s Heart Center at Deborah Heart and Lung Center in NJ. She's a Clinical Associate Professor, Department of Medicine, Division of Cardiology at Thomas Jefferson University, Philadelphia, PA. She is a multimodality imaging expert who completed an Advanced Multimodality Imaging fellowship at St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital Center of Columbia University, College of Physicians and Surgeons. New York, NY in 2010 where she obtained COCATS level III training in nuclear cardiology, echocardiography and cardiovascular CT. Her other areas of clinical interest include women's heart health, cardiac amyloidosis and adult congenital heart disease. She is board certified in Adult Congenital Heart disease, Cardiovascular Medicine, Cardiovascular CT, Nuclear Cardiology, Echocardiography and Internal Medicine. Dr. Bullock-Palmer is the Governor for the NJ chapter of the American College of Cardiology (ACC). She is immediate past President of the board of the Southern NJ American Heart Association (AHA) term ended June 30, 2024. She is also on the American Society of Nuclear Cardiology (ASNC) board of directors. Dr. Bullock-Palmer is on the board of directors of the Intersocietal Accreditation Commission (IAC)- CT Board. She is on the editorial board as a section editor of the Circulation Imaging journal of the AHA. Dr. Bullock-Palmer sits on several committees of the American Society of Echocardiography (ASE), ASNC, Society of Cardiovascular Computed Tomography (SCCT) and the AHA. Dr. Bullock-Palmer has worked as a site Principal Investigator for the NIH sponsored PROMISE and the PROTECTION VI trial. She has several publications in peer reviewed journals.

Diane Deyoe, RT(R)(CT) serves on the IAC CT Board of Directors as a representative of the American Society of Radiologic Technologists (ASRT).

Kimberly Onstott, EdD, RT(R)(CT)(MR), MRSO(MRSC) serves on the IAC CT Board of Directors as a representative of the American Society of Radiologic Technologists (ASRT). Dr. Onstott is passionate about providing safe and effective imaging through education and professional involvement. She volunteers in many capacities and has recently volunteered to serve for two terms on the ASRT CT Curriculum Workgroup Committee. Dr. Onstott earned her AAS and BSRS in Radiologic Sciences at Midwestern State University (MSU) in Wichita Falls, Texas, and subsequently earned her ARRT certifications in Computed Tomography and Magnetic Resonance Imaging. Following these, she completed her Master's in Radiologic Sciences with MSU and her EdD in Educational Technology from Boise State University, where she focused on online simulations for advanced modality radiology students. Currently, Dr. Onstott serves as the Advanced Modalities Coordinator for the Computed Tomography, Magnetic Resonance Imaging, and Mammography programs at Midwestern State University. She is also the Magnetic Resonance Safety Officer (MRSO) and a full-time assistant professor. Before becoming an educator in radiology, she worked as a multi-modality technologist in the North Texas and Oklahoma region for many years. She is a published author and has presented on several CT and MR imaging topics. In addition to ASRT, she is a member of many professional organizations, including the Association of Collegiate Educators in Radiologic Technology (ACERT), International Society for MR Radiographers & Technologists (ISMRT), North Texas Radiology Society (NTRTS), Texas Society of Allied Health Professionals (TSAHP), and the Texas Society of Radiologic Technologists (TXSRT).

Linda M. Harris, MD, DFSVS, FACS serves on the IAC CT Board of Directors as a representative of the Society for Vascular Surgery (SVS). Dr. Harris received her medical degree from Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine. She completed a vascular fellowship and general surgery residency at the State University of New York Buffalo and a general surgery residency at the University of Michigan Medical Center. Currently, Dr. Harris is the past Chief of the Division of Vascular Surgery and Medical Director of the Vascular Laboratory. She remains Program Director for Vascular Surgery Residency and Fellowship at the University at Buffalo, and is a Professor of Surgery at the university. She has published numerous articles and book chapters and has given presentation in her field across the country. She is past president of the Association of Program Directors in Vascular Surgery and past president of the Eastern Vascular Society. She is the current Vice President for the Society for Vascular Surgery and the President of the International Society for Women Vascular Surgeons. Dr. Harris is a member of many other professional societies including the American College of Surgeons (ACS), the Association of Women Surgeons (AWS) and the American Venous Forum (AVF).

Patricia Dickson, RT(R)(CT) serves on the IAC CT Board of Directors as a representative of the Society of Cardiovascular Computed Tomography (SCCT). She is a seasoned CT technologist with 30 years of experience, specializing in Cardiovascular CT during her 18 years at Capital Cardiology Associates in Albany, NY. As the Director of Operations since 2019, she not only provides a strong foundation for all clinical aspects of the company and drives growth initiatives, but also helps shape the employee culture. Her focus on valuing employees has contributed to Capital Cardiology Associates being recognized as a 2023 Top Workplace. In addition to her work at Capital Cardiology Associates, Patricia serves as an independent reviewer for IAC. She lives in Glenville, NY with her husband and daughter.

Quynh A. Truong, MD, MPH, FACC, FAHA, FSCCT, MSCCT serves on the IAC CT Board of Directors as a representative of the Society of Cardiovascular Computed Tomography (SCCT). Dr. Truong earned her medical degree from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in Bronx, NY and her Masters in Public Health degree in Clinical Effectiveness from the Harvard School of Public Health in Boston, MA. She completed her internship and residency in Internal Medicine at the NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital-Weill Cornell Campus in New York City, a postdoctoral research fellowship in The Breslow Laboratory of Biochemical Genetics and Metabolism at The Rockefeller University as a recipient of the Glorney-Raisbeck Fellowship in Cardiovascular Diseases of the New York Academy of Medicine, a general cardiology fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), and a National Institutes of Health (NIH) T-32 advanced cardiovascular imaging fellowship at the Cardiac MR PET CT Program at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School in Boston, MA, where she stayed on faculty. She returned to NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital-Weill Cornell Campus in 2014, where she is Professor of Radiology and Medicine at Weill Cornell Medicine. As the Director of Cardiac CT and Attending Radiologist, she is increased the clinical cardiac CT volume from ~600 cases annually to >8,100 cases annually. Dr. Truong was a recipient of the NIH K23 award and had been a key member of landmark NIH-funded CT trials, such as ROMICAT I & II and PROMISE. She has published >170 peer-review publications including leading journals such as the New England Journal of Medicine and Circulation. She is an Associate Editor for the Radiology: Cardiothoracic Imaging and Editorial Board member for Circulation: Cardiovascular Imaging. She has served on several SCCT committees, chaired numerous CT sessions, and given invited talks on cardiac CT at major cardiology conferences. Additionally, she taught multiple “hands-on” cardiac CT courses nationally and internationally, including the SCCT CTA Academy.

Helen R. Nadel, MD, FRCPC serves on the IAC CT Board of Directors as a representative of the Society of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging (SNMMI).

Kenneth Brumberger, MD serves on the IAC CT Board of Directors as a Radiology Member-At-Large.

Michael A. Winkler, MD, MSCCT, FICA, FACC serves on the IAC CT Board of Directors as a Radiology Member-At-Large. Dr. Winkler received his medical education at the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine. He completed his residency in Diagnostic Radiology and his Fellowship in Interventional Radiology at the University of California Los Angeles. Dr. Winkler is a Professor of Radiology at Emory University. He is the media lead for the Credentialing Board of Cardiovascular Computed Tomography and previously chaired the verification committee of the Society of Cardiovascular Computed Tomography.

Adam S. Pitts, MD, DDS, FACS serves as an Advisor the IAC CT Board of Directors. Dr. Pitts earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Oklahoma where he graduated with honors as a Founder’s Medal award recipient and was recognized by his peers as “Big Man on Campus.” He then went on to receive his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree at the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry and his Doctorate of Medicine (MD) degree at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. After Medical School he completed a General Surgery internship followed by his surgical residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN. He completed his formal training with a fellowship in Facial Aesthetic Surgery at the prestigious T. William Evans Facial Aesthetic Surgery program in Columbus, OH. Upon completion of his training, Dr. Pitts returned to Nashville, TN to join the Oral Surgical Institute (OSI) as an associate surgeon practicing all aspects of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery with an emphasis on facial cosmetic surgery and became President/owner of OSI in 2015. He is recognized as a diplomat of the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons (ABOMS) as well as being recognized as a Fellow in the American College of Surgeons (FACS). Dr. Pitts currently serves as Chairman of the Department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at HCA/Tristar Centennial medical Center and is an Instructor in the Vanderbilt Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery department. He participates in various committees within the AAOMS and regularly lectures to area healthcare organizations on various topics in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.

Mary Lally, MS, CAE is the Chief Executive Officer at the Intersocietal Accreditation Commission (IAC). Ms. Lally began her tenure with the IAC in 2007, serving as Director of Accreditation. In this role she has been instrumental in the development and oversight of the IAC’s MRI and CT diagnostic divisions as well as the Carotid Stenting, Cardiac Electrophysiology and Cardiovascular Catheterization therapeutic divisions. Ms. Lally has a unique combined background of clinical expertise and association management experience, possessing both a Master’s degree in Radiation Health Physics as well as the Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential. Before joining the IAC, Ms. Lally gained more than 20 years of clinical, operational and leadership experience, serving as the founding MRI program director at the Johns Hopkins Hospital. In addition, she developed and implemented radiology quality assurance programs with emphasis in the vascular surgery, interventional and cardiology departments at the University of Maryland Hospital. An ARRT-certified MRI Technologist, Ms. Lally is a passionate advocate for quality and safety in imaging.

Nancy Davis, RT(R)(M)(CT) is the Director of Accreditation for IAC CT. Ms. Davis’ work with the IAC began in 2011 through her role as an application reviewer and site visitor for CT and MRI divisions. In 2021, she joined the staff as the Director of Accreditation for CT. Ms. Davis brings over 30 years of clinical experience as a CT, MRI and mammography technologist to her new role at the IAC. Throughout her career, Ms. Davis has held various leadership roles where she oversaw daily operations of radiology clinics. She has also been responsible for creating and implementing policies and procedures involving health care compliance as a HIPAA Compliance Officer. She earned a certificate of Radiology Technology from the Johns Hopkins School of Medical Imaging and a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Services Management at University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC). She holds certifications in Radiography, Computed Tomography and Mammography.
