December 2022 | By participating in a Putting for a Purpose teambuilding activity with Impact4Good, IAC staff recently took part in a corporate social responsibility experience to help fight local hunger…while being creative, competitive and fun!
The result of their efforts was a generous donation of 1,152 canned and boxed food items to the Howard County Food Bank, part of the Community Action Council.
IAC’s CEO Mary Lally thanked the staff for “putting IAC’s longstanding philanthropic values into action” as she presented the donation to Michael Werling, Community Engagement Specialist for the Community Action Council of Howard County, who attended the event to thank IAC and speak about the impact of their generous donation.
This event was meaningful for both the food bank and the IAC participants!
