When to Submit Your Final Application
First-Time Applicants: Applicant practices may submit their completed online applications when the pre-submission case check has been completed. It is highly recommended that the online application and case study images are submitted in a timely manner to allow the application to be assigned to the earliest possible date of decision.
Reaccreditation Applicants: To maintain uninterrupted accreditation status, the IAC recommends that accredited practices submit their applications at least three months prior to the expiration date*. Applications are accepted at any time and can be submitted up to six months prior to the expiration date.
*A grace period of 60 days beyond the practice’s expiration date is extended to those practices that have submitted a completed application for reaccreditation prior to the expiration date of the current accreditation.
