When to Submit Your Application
Applicant facilities may hit submit on their completed online applications at any time. Once your facility hits submit in the online application, you will need to submit the required fees before your application can be reviewed. The facility's Medical and Technical Director's will be notified via e-mail when their application and fees have been received by the IAC.
The IAC Accreditation Agreement (if modified) and fee (if paid by check) must be received in the IAC office no later than five days following the online application submission.
