Facilities with multiple sites (fixed and/or mobile) enter the information for their locations into the facility profile of the Online Accreditation application account. Before a user may enter additional sites, there are a series of qualifying questions that ensure the eligibility of the facility to apply as a multiple site.

Effective 8/10/2011: On March 28, 2011 the IAC announced a policy change related to mobile services. At that time, the previous mobile service policy was eliminated and the current multiple site (fixed and/or mobile) policy was placed into effect. After review of the fees associated with mobile vascular and echocardiography multiple site applications the following change in fees will be effective immediately: $750 per site for sites 2-10; $400 per site for all sites over 10; base fees and testing area fees still apply. The updated policy is published in the IAC Accreditation Program Policies and Procedures, Section 2, on page 5.
