Accreditation Fee

The accreditation fee is to be paid when the facility submits their finalized application to the IAC. The accreditation fee structure is as follows:

BASE FEES (Please note: Base fee includes up to six staff members.)

• adult transthoracic ... $1500
• adult TEE ... $250
• adult stress ... $250
• pediatric transthoracic ... $1500
• pediatric TEE ... $250
• fetal ... $250

Expedited application ... additional $3,000 (terms and conditions as listed on page 5 of the IAC Policies & Procedures apply)

ADDITIONAL FEES

• Staff totaling 7 - 25 members ... $200 per staff member
• Staff members over 25 ... $50 per staff member
• $750 ... for multiple sites (fixed and/or mobile) per sites for sites 2-10
• $400 ... for multiple sites (fixed and/or mobile) per site for all sites over 10

Additional fees, based upon size and complexity, apply to eligible facilities with multiple sites.
