Access to IAC Online Accreditation is free of charge. Applicant facilities are only charged the accreditation fee, due at the time of application submission.

Accreditation Fee
The accreditation fee is to be paid when the facility submits their finalized application to the IAC. The accreditation fee structure is as follows:
BASE FEES (Please note: Base fee includes up to six staff members.)

Expedited application ... additional $3,000 (terms and conditions as listed on page 5 of the IAC Policies & Procedures apply)
ADDITIONAL FEES
- Staff totaling 7 - 25 members ... $200 per staff member
- Staff members over 25 ... $50 per staff member
- $750 ... for multiple sites (fixed and/or mobile) per sites for sites 2-10
- $400 ... for multiple sites (fixed and/or mobile) per site for all sites over 10
Additional fees, based upon size and complexity, apply to eligible facilities with multiple sites. |
