Receiving the Certificate
Accredited facilities automatically receive two copies of the accreditation certificate(s) from  the IAC for each site granted echocardiography accreditation, noting the testing area(s) in which they are granted accreditation (i.e., adult transthoracic, adult transesophageal, adult stress, pediatric transthoracic, pediatric transesophageal, fetal).
The certificate bears the facility's name and the expiration date and can be used as the facility deems appropriate.
To order additional copies of the certificate ($25), login to your Online Accreditation account and select Purchase Extras.If you are unable to access Online Accreditation to order items, please contact the IAC staff via e-mail at echo@intersocietal.org.

To assist accredited
facilities with prominently displaying their accreditation
certificate, the IAC is pleased to offer the certificate
plaque. This attractive walnut plaque includes a plexiglass
cover to protect and highlight the accreditation certificate.
