APPLYING FOR ACCREDITATION FOR THE FIRST TIME?

Facilities that have never applied for accreditation in one of the IAC divisions and have never accessed an existing Online Accreditation account may create a new account. AT A FACILITY ACCREDITED IN ANOTHER IAC DIVISION/MODALITY OR THAT HAS AN ESTABLISHED ONLINE ACCREDITATION ACCOUNT?  

Facilities applying for initial accreditation or reaccreditation for more than one IAC division (Vascular Testing, Echocardiography, Nuclear/PET, MRI, CT/Dental and/or Carotid Stenting) have the option of combining separate online accounts or maintaining more than one separate accounts. Call 800-838-2110 or click below to request more information about adding another modality to an existing account or to combine separate online accounts.
