Accreditation Fee
The accreditation fee is to be paid when the facility submits their finalized application to the IAC. The accreditation fee structure is as follows:
CT FEE STRUCTURE (EFFECTIVE 1/1/2012):
Fee for first CT system......................... $2,600 base fee
Each CT system over one .................................. $1,500
Each site (without a permanent scanner) .... $750
Expedited application ... additional $3,000 (terms and conditions as listed on page 5 of the IAC Policies & Procedures apply)
ACCREDITED FACILITIES ADDING/REPLACING A UNIT OR ADDING A TESTING AREA
Each additional or replacement unit ....... $800

ADDITIONAL FEES
- Additional fees, based upon size and complexity, apply to eligible facilities with multiple sites.
- The IAC does not require purchase of a specific phantom. However, through the application process participating facilities must provide documentation of their ongoing, comprehensive quality assessment programs.
